North Coast Glider Games

The North Coast Soaring Association proudly presents the 14th annual

North Coast Glider Games 2026 edition.

April 30th, May 1st, 2nd and 3rd 2026

It is the 14th edition of the North Coast Glider Games. The slopes are ready and waiting for the winds and pilots for another exciting year of combat, racing and utter mayhem. The AAGMC field is well groomed for flat land flying if needed and of course the camaraderie  and food can not be beat. We look forward to an excellent time!

  1. Excellent! Great schedule. I know you’re going to have a fun time if you get to participate. Wish I could be there for the duration but hope to attend some of the events.

    • Had a GREAT time participating on Friday. Excellent sloping at City View and a blast indoors at Enterprise. Thanks to all the organizers, and especially Mike Gantner, for all the efforts! If you haven’t been to City View, or the North Coast, for some sloping, you’re missing out!

  2. What a special weekend. 4 Days of great wind at 3 different locations (plus the indoor stuff of course). Thanks to all that made this happen. It was my first event but I guarantee it will not be my last. Whew what fun. It was nice to meet some new people and get tips on how to fly better. Great planes, great days and great company. you could ask for more.

    Thanks again to all involved.

  3. I just spent the last three years sloping in South Africa, now moved back home to Detroit and searching for some local slope sites (that are closer than Sleeping Bear)….hope you guys have this event again..looks like some great fun…..thanks….Jim

  4. Hi! I drive through Cleveland a few times year and am looking for places to fly slope there on my way through. I found the spot by the “Cleveland” sign, but am wondering where the other spots are.

    Best,
