North Coast Glider Games

The North Coast Soaring Association proudly presents the 10th annual

North Coast Glider Games 2022 edition.

April 28, 29, 30 and May 1, 2022

It’s time to congregate on the slopes of Northeast Ohio! Heavy winds or light, there are always ways to get in the air and have great fun. The area around City View is being developed so there may be more amenities available for the games this year. The indoor facilities and the club field are exceptional and ready to be enjoyed.

Travel day – come one, come all (we visit the slope sites and test the winds depending on the weather and join for food and beverages after sundown)

  1. Excellent! Great schedule. I know you’re going to have a fun time if you get to participate. Wish I could be there for the duration but hope to attend some of the events.

    • Had a GREAT time participating on Friday. Excellent sloping at City View and a blast indoors at Enterprise. Thanks to all the organizers, and especially Mike Gantner, for all the efforts! If you haven’t been to City View, or the North Coast, for some sloping, you’re missing out!

  2. What a special weekend. 4 Days of great wind at 3 different locations (plus the indoor stuff of course). Thanks to all that made this happen. It was my first event but I guarantee it will not be my last. Whew what fun. It was nice to meet some new people and get tips on how to fly better. Great planes, great days and great company. you could ask for more.

    Thanks again to all involved.

  3. I just spent the last three years sloping in South Africa, now moved back home to Detroit and searching for some local slope sites (that are closer than Sleeping Bear)….hope you guys have this event again..looks like some great fun…..thanks….Jim
